I think this is awesome news. The more time Howie has on camera the better.
I do not see the AGT rating get better unless the third judge is Katy Perry and she lets viewers put a bag over her head and motorboat her tits.

Howard sounds like Scott the engineer now. His "K"'s & "C''s sound all phlegmmy.
Good Lord he looks and sounds a mess.

Howard is doing God's work. He is going to find that superstar act, hell or highwater
what the fuck. what a disastrously dumb decision.
it's a BAD SHOW howard. nothing on earth can change that. and i heard a couple shows from 2007 in which he and robin both concur. i admit i was semi-interested when he signed up last time...for some reason I'm still a fairly big fan and even listen to the current show occasionally. but after seeing 2 or 3 episodes i wanted to puke. shit was unwatchable.
it was big jon hein who said over a year ago (before howard signed up for last season) that doing AGT would be bad decision because it is 'beneath' howard, and i agreed. this time around, he had a chance to chalk it up to a tepid career decision, put it in the past, and move on to something else. but this new news makes it clear that there aren't many things beneath howard anymore, and that's yet another sad development of the last 3 years. how embarrassing that he really wants that extra 20 mil THAT badly.
Wonder how big a pay cut Howard had to take. That may be why this announcement took so long, he probably didn't like their original offer and tried to weasel some more cash from them. I can't believe Howard's still trying to pretend there's something important about that pathetic show, especially after several of his guests laughed in his face when he brought it up.

Howard Stern: We were just taking pictures. I'm practicing, I'm learning how to work my camera. So I took some and she said "Submit them to Hampton's Magazine, so it's very nice. But the problem is, if I known it was a cover...

Really bad wig angle in that clip.
