A strange but true fact, I'm a lifelong SC fan, (didn't go just a fan) but I'm kind of glad to see Notre Dame back again. And I gotta root for them against Alabama.

My SC cred is shit now, but it's true.

I was a big USC fan when they were kicking OSU's ass. Plus I spent 2000-2002 in Barstow, Ca so I really do Love the High Desert and Listened to KFI daily. I found Phil Hendrie on KFI and John and Ken I love L.A. media and still listen to KFI on my PC. Went to a Kings Game and A Dodgers v Braves game (got John Rockers autograph)

Phil Hendrie is an underrated genius, especially back then. I follow him on Twitter but haven't listened to his new show.

I got a bunch of Phil's bits from KFI and syndication. I signed up for his Back Stage Pass it was 10$ for a month and just saved a bunch of bits. Do you listen to John and Ken? They paint CA pension problem as a nightmare.

I was right by Vegas too, Barstow was so awesome my sister flew out to vegas back in DEC 01 so much fun. It's such a different vibe out there. I hate being a boring midwesterner sometimes. Maybe I'm just nostalgic to be 20 again but I fucking loved SO. Cal.

It was funny too, I got sent to Japan my last year in the Marines and everybody thought I was from Cali. I had no mid west accent and sounded like a laid back SoCal bro. I told people I grew up in OHIO and they didn't beleive me.
