Can I tell you about the two exercise books I got or should I wait for another thread?

Well they are both by Dave Randolph. I was looking for something to go with the new Kettlebell I got off Amazon. "The Ultimate Kettlebell Workbook" The other one I got cuz the picture was so cool and the title made me laugh so hard I just had to have it.

I'm not familiar with that one but it's probably fine. The only two things I would suggest to a beginning KB'er is to make sure you "punch" upward fast when putting a KB over your head. This way it doesn't slam hard against the wrist. It seems counterintuitive but the hard you punch it up, the lighter it will land. Next, when doing your kettlebell swings (great exercise) make sure you are using your butt muscles and pelvic thrust to swing the KB up, not your arms. Your arms should remain straight. There are some good youtubes on how to do it correctly.
