Aside from the "fair" justice issue, I was at first thinking "well, she's really not a danger to society that NEEDS to be locked up, she's really a danger to herself". However, with all of these driving violations? She could kill someone if she keeps driving under the influence.

Yea - the recent accident that she was charged for today was pretty bad. Here's the damage to her car. I don't know how she still has her license.

I would LOVE to see a parallel story, charge by charge, of any non celebrity in their early 20s and see if the consequences turned out to be the same.

i dont think she has gotten any special treatment. the only difference is that she can afford to pay bail when the judge violates her probation. most people don't have $30k to drop on bail so they would sit in jail until their court date which could be weeks.
