i didn't read any of this, but you cant make someone want to learn. the system we have is fine, if someone wants to take advantage of it and be successful, they can.

Perhaps you haven't seen evidence like some of the emails my wife gets from newly minted "MBA's" . She gets $10M leasing proposals on her desk with "there" and "their" used wrong and Japanese names reversed. (Isoroku Yammamoto would not be "Mr. Isoroku"). They also have people who who work in finance and can't calculate the present value of an income stream correctly. It's a passable system I suppose, but hardly great.

but that has nothing to do with the system, these guys are just lazy.
my grammar is probably 4th grade level, and i never send any biz correspondences with any errors
