There is a radio consumer guy down here, Clark Howard, who from listening to him sounded very gay but has a wife and kids now. He preaches about saving energy and driving efficient cars to save the environment. He drives a prius and is for all sorts of government this and that to make people tow the line on this.
Meanwhile, he owns at least two huge homes, one at the beach in Florida. You have to cool them there all the time or they grow mold. So the AC is running there even when he's away. He also gets in his car and drives to his beach home, 800 miles round trip, nearly every weekend in the warm months. It was revealed a while back his wife drove a 12 cylinder Jaguar.
He started with a travel show and that has always been big on his show. Before he had kids he used to pick a city and fly there "just for fun" every weekend. Now he just helps people find cheap airfares so they can do it.

You left out the 8,000 sq foot apt. in Manhattan that has to be cooled/heated year round for the dopey cats that don't travel to Chimney Mansion in the Hamptons. Wiggy also has a Mercedes SUV in the Hamptons and don't forget the numerous limo trips to the Vet on Staten Island for Bianca. It is interesting to hear Robin and other on that show talk about the environment when, for example, Robin flies, or at least flew, around all the time. Flying is horrific for the environment.
But these assholes still do it for pleasure. I can get someone doing it for work, but for leisure? It's sickening.Have derision, will travel
