If i'm not mistaken, the outdoor stairwell where the kids find legless chloe was shot just like the stairwell in the exorcist and i heard a moan sounding like linda blair from the movie.

A friend of mine goes to Georgetown. She said they use that stairwell all the time to go to the convenience store.
