Poll Time: Back and to the left!

I think only a moron could think that Lee Harvey Oswald was not in the snipers nest.
He was at work before the shooting,
he was seen about 90 seconds after the shooting in the lunchroom,
and he was the only person to leave the school book dipostistory before the police could seal the building off.

There is also little doubt that Oswald shot Officer JD Tippet. Although the time frame in which he could have done it was tight, he was identified by at least 4 people, and the revolver they found on him at the theater was identified as the weapon that killed Tippet.

This does not mean that he acted alone, or fired the final JFK kill shot.

FWIW the "magic bullet" was not so magical. First of all, if you look at the Lincoln Towncar JFK is riding in, you will notice the back seat is 6-8" higher than the front seat (that Gov Connolly is sitting in). The bullet was also not "pristine"

Did he act alone, or was there a conspiracy?
