Sam Simon @simonsam I SWIM, fuckwad. RT: @sleepinwarrior You burn more fuel flying to your Hawaiian getaways than most people with a car use in a year.
I would hate to be her and her friend. They better change their names and move.

You are a MORON. You are free to do whatever you wish. That does NOT mean that there aren't consequences DOUCHBAG!. My God, there are obviously too many spoiled brats in here who never had a bit of personal responsibility in their lives. Freedom carries with it an inexorably liked property called RESPONSIBILITY.

If you work "at will" then your employer can fire you for any reason, which means they can judge your so called "private life" activities as well as your professional activities. If you don't like that you work somewhere else or you change the laws. You have no right to expect that you are "protected": you have to protect yourselves.
ok, who writes "goo goo at a at a, fukin jew heeb"?
"fuckyoubigot i dont like you're sig" "repeated annoying comments"

Yeah, I'd have a huge problem with an employee who, on his weekends, puts on a Klan outfit and burns crosses or who protests at the funerals of military members, but I guarantee you, the type of behavior that this woman exhibited at Arlington almost certainly comes out in other areas of her work.
You're not an asshole like that, only after hours. I guarantee you, she's a fucktard at work too. It's just that someone hasn't been paying attention.
Or, she's somehow managed to control herself at work. Unlikely though.
I said I'd have a problem with it but I didn't say I'd fire him.
Is the Klan member a manager, responsible for others? there's a lot of factors there.
Is he an employee who interacts with the public? It's tricky, no doubt, but even my company has some ridiculous shit in the handbook about events outside of work, during off-hours. I seriously think it could be challenged in court.
