I don't know. I'm sure if she would have cracked her head open and died, people would want him to serve more than five years. And the truth is, his actions could have easily caused that...and he knew it. So he knew his actions could have easily killed a 16 year old girl.

I hate that so many people go to jail for non-violent, victimless crimes..so I'm always whining about the court and prison systems.
