    Off to College Station

If I don't get a chance to get online before the holiday I wanted to take a second to wish everyone a very happy and safe Thanksgivings Day. Enjoy fighting with relatives but don't take it to the point that ya make mom cry. You lose the game when that happens

    Happy Thanksgiving, Vash!
And think of Sir Paul as you enjoy your turkey!

Enjoy Vashier. I am not hosting this year ( first in a decade ) so I may drink and relax.
Alas, I am still cooking several dishes... But not, doing the dishes.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Dawggie friends, whether you know I love you or not.

...and to the misogynists, and lonely keyboard loudmouths, choke on a wishbone.

    Sincerely, Pappy.

Same here! This will be the first Thanksgiving since I've been an adult that the entire family didn't come over!

I can't even imagine what it will be like to perhaps watch a game ot the parade!

Wishing you and all a wonderful day!

In a college town with the young hotties, I want "Vashier luck". I'm stuck in DC with overeducated midwestern pHd hoes. Not sarcasm, it really is awful in DC for single men.

Thanks all! Had a great time up there with the whole family together. Took the dog with us too. I couldn't find a good roof cage so the poor old guy had to ride on a blanket in the back seat. Came home now so I wouldn't have to get up early. Took the backest of back roads both ways so there was zero traffic on a 70 mph would be 45 anywhere else roadway. I also saw 4 dead deer, 8 raccoons, 5 opossum, various squirrels and birds, and 1 good sized javelina (wild pig). No live deer this trip but I wasn't traveling at dusk either when in heavy deer country.

Hope everyone's Holiday and day after was awesome, we actually made it without any fights! Kinda feels like somethings missing though. Oh well xmas is coming.

Nah the place is dead during the major holidays, that's what was nice about being up there. They'll both head down here for Christmas. My daughter works where she goes to school, hopefully she can get a good chunk of time off so she can stay here for awhile.

I hope everyone had a memorable Thanksgiving; one filled with laughter and amazing food. I'm sorry I missed this thread when it was first posted, Vash, but I was away for a day or two and posted sparingly from my phone.
