    For us 90s kids

iPods and sat radio killed pop music
When everyone was able to listen to precisely what we wanted all mainstream had left of an audience was children and poor minorities

So now pop music isnt bad music with occasional universal, culturally binding quality (Asti once was)..
It's just another reason for intelligent people to piss on stupid kids and ignorant poor fucks

Also all kids buy these days are singles. No one listens to or even buys full LP's.

People once said the 45 single was gonna ruin too.

I feel there is more good music out there now days than there ever was at any time. People can create in their own homes and make it sound better than it was 20 years ago.

I agree, but I hate the societal component that good music can bring culturally.
We're all alone listening to exactly what we want.
    In our mobile homes.

^Buying singles sucks for the kids.

If it's one thing I learned from bands I loved, It's that the commercial radio song was usually one of the worse songs on the LP.

I feel the younger people will make the internet work better for themselves than we ever have.

It's still a brave new world, this internet.
