Will republicans apologize to the Obama admin, Susan Rice, and the American people?

I'll admit I've been smug about this issue but I guess that's my demeanor when confronted with such divisive and childish antics by the right wing. The GOP presidential nominee was literally criticizing the president and the response before the fires of the consulate were extinguished, rather than focusing on the unity of the country and holding the perpetrators responsible. That's disgusting and insulting to me as an American citizen, not because of any political affiliation. They're pushing for investigations while the investigations of the attack are ongoing, and bringing up watergate, when it took almost year for those hearings to develop, same with the 9/11 commish. It is blatantly partisan and an insult to those who were killed the way the GOP has carried on.

In the end, a group of Muslim extremists attacked American property in force and people were killed. It could happen in a hundred places around the globe and is the reality we live in in a post 9/11 world. Nothing and no one is 100% safe and you have to accept that and for the GOP to ignore that fact is also disgusting and insulting.


As for the video, there is no evidence that says the attack wasn't caused by the video, and there is circumstantial evidence that says it was caused by it. But you see right wingers, with no evidence whatsoever, dismissing the video. They create their own narrative, and try to fit facts into it.

he critized the president for apologizing for hurting the muslims' feelings right after it happened, and apologized for freedom of speech and freedom of religion when condemning a youtube clip nobody actually saw, and nobody actually linked to the terror attack

terror attack. not a groundswell protest that got out of hand over said non-viewed youtube video by a bunch of "folks over there". a terror attack. one that lasted about 7 hours. one where two CIA ops died disobeying stand-down orders in order to save lives at the consulate.

not holding the president of the united states responsible for any of his administration's actions because he's half-blaek is the most insidious racism there is; the soft racism of low (or zero) expectations.

so they lied to you. again and again. and the repubicans want to know what really happened, and why we were lied to.

When a Democrat is in Office, all agents that have information that could make Obama look bad (or at least in the eyes of Republicans) due to national security...or anything....are obligated to release the information...no matter the classified nature of the issue.

Hell, even when a Republican is in office, all agents are told BY LAW to turn over all information to the public that would make Democrats look bad......or hell, if it remotely makes Democrats look bad (even if it doesnt but Republicans say it does).

If any information makes a Republican look bad....he is obligated to never, ever turn it over or let anyone know.
