    He has a concave chest. He needs to build muscle and lifting low weights at a high repetition is going to do nothing for him. At this point in his development, he'd get more out of push-ups than lifting if all he wanted to do was get "definition."

    dude admitted to benching 90 pounds, which, okay, fine, if that's your first week in the gym, but I guarantee you he is not putting in the time necessary to get past that hurdle, but that's typical Howard: no follow-through.
