    toll roads in mass were suppose to be paid for 30 years ago,but i guess the government wanted to keep the toll collectors jobs

    This is bullshit. It's fine if you live locally, but it you rent a car you are fucked. You have to pay the rental company like $5 a day extra to use their transponder, if you don't and you pass thru one of these they will charge you the toll plus a $25 fee for each toll you pass.

    yeah, that's the math i'm thinking about; problem is, the tolls are variable, and can go up at any time to any amount without any notice

    We have a tollboothless toll bridge here, I forgot to pay the last one, got a ticket in the mail for a $50 fine, nice system
