That's not Bianca, just some random bulldog at last year's event. Howard did a plug for NSAL recently, telling people to go adopt the hurricane rescues. I do think there's a change in the relationship since NSAL didn't let the Sterns do another calendar, although Beth was recently tacked on as a "special guest" at their next DogCatemy Awards.
