I think in the past the girls have all gone to their mother or grandparents house and Howard and Beth stayed home. Howard usually mentions getting together with his daughters at a restaurant before or after the holiday but there's never been any indication that Beth was there. I get the impression that the 2 oldest daughters refuse to visit Howard's home(s) or anywhere Beth will be.
