I've noticed over the recent months he's always telling Howard how busy he is. In my experience that means he's not busy at all and feels guilty about it.

If you heard Jason Kaplan last week on that Behind the Studio show(I can't remember what it's called), he was starting to tell about all of the radio stations that Sabean owns and they hit the dump button. Kaplan also said that Sabean got a lot of Infinity Broadcasting stock at the beginning and made a killing on it. Sabean doesn't need to work at all except to pay for all of the iPhones and iPads the guy loses.
