Then I read an old Howard contract. Howard usually have 3 years + 2 years optional. Each year Howard gets a raise by about 20%. (page three in the court document) + Howard wants a performance bonus about 20% for each ratings point.

Its amazing how much Howard wants to be payed. About 20% of net revenue.
