Same age, maybe. I was 3 in '71. HC was a newborn.

I have long said that it is high time that gentlemen start to wear hats once again, and not ball caps, but a nice fedora or the like. I think that this will add to the return of civility as you can tip your hat to greet a lady and touch the brim to greet a gent.
