#1- I dont think Howard would lift a finger to help anyone...let alone someone that wasnt a celebrity.

#2- Do you really think Horse Face would do anything without publicizing it?

#3- IF....and that's a huge IF Howard, Horse Face, and the king of all douches Ross actually did "hand stuff out to people", I guarantee is was in the Hamptons...handing stuff out to other rich assholes who are being FORCED to stay away from their vacation homes for upwards of a month!!!
