I was listening to the Show and Howard was Telling Will that He could be a stand up comic!?!?
The only reason there is a microphone in there hand or anybody claps in the first place has nothing to do with them being funny it has to do with them being affiliated with the Howard Stern show. I would love to See Will, Gary JD or any of them go to an amateur comedy night and see how well they do.

No one currently on staff is funny. Occasionally Ronnie the Limo Driver is, but that's unintentional. Even Sal and Richard aren't funny anymore.
