Howard's such a hypocrite he'll probably do a complete reversal and brag about receiving the award. A couple of weeks ago he was all excited about being named the #1 TV Judge in some obscure poll, even though it was obviously bullshit because Nicki Minaj was ranked #8 and her show hadn't even aired yet.
