This was shot in Seattle, not Phoenix. The Negro gentleman dressed as a superhero uses the alias Phoenix Jones.
I could tell right away once the fight commenced that the Negro superhero knew how to fight. It turns out that "Phoenix Jones" is a MMA fighter named Ben Fodor.
