Why so much recent activity on the Howard channels?

Yeah, he said they have to write a letter to management twice a year to update them on what they do for the channels and that higher ups feel that Howard is only on 3 times a week.

This is why it made no sense to me that the supporting cast defending Howard doing 3 days a week. They should have all been laid off. If I worked there I'd want Howard to work 5 days a week so I could make more money.

Howard's ego prevents him from admitting that management can force him to do anything, I got the impression he was lying about that.
