    Texas BBQ = brisket, yes? that's why, beef prices continue to rise because of the drought down there.. order some pulled pork or baby back's next time.. that's real BBQ right there

    Food cost is projected to be up by 20% between now and the start of the year, due to the drought in the midwest, and gas prices. Cost of grains, corn, and the animals that eat grains and corn for the most part. Eggs, milk, bread, etc.

    Bacon is supposed to get outrageously expensive over the next 6 months. We have 10 lbs of it in our deep freeze :tu:
