Before the ink is dry on new legislation the wealthy have already found the loopholes.....and exploit them to make more money...

And if you notice Howard never says he wants to pay more taxes. The fucking guy didn't even make a donation to the Red Cross!

The Obama plan is to take from the wealthy and give to the poor......but middle class will pay and the wealthy will skate.
