One thing about the above graphic is I believe that military bases, centers of govt agencies, etc, are included in the dollars going to those states.
So, take the Naval Academy in Maryland. The dollars spent on the Academy go against Maryland's plus/minus score. Or the CDC in Georgia. Or Fort Whatever in Iowa.Have derision, will travel
