    well, In Maine...EMT-I's can intubate, where in NH and MA they can't. The drugs differ from state to state, also. AMR out west, the EMT's cant do shit and there is no "I". Your are either a basic or a medic. It's a state to state thing.

    I don't know what they are in Va. but they gave me morphine in the ambulance.

    Yeah, morphine, fentanyl I don't get the difference. Morphine a supposedly more euphoric but tons of anesthesiologists addicted to fentanyl

    I think it was morphine. whatever it was, it knocked me out and I woke up in the er.
