I didn't listen beyond the first hour today so I'm unaware of exactly what his plan is. But one would think it wouldn't be too hard to find generators capable of powering stations without power. Certainly much more feasible than shipping in millions of gallons to be sent to the handful of stations that were unaffected. One other thing it would help are the owners of these stations that didn't have power make some cash so they don't come hat in hand looking for a handout from the government because of lost revenue.
