With Robin Not Working In The Studio, why doesn't Stern get Jackey back in the chair ASAP? The biggest stumbling block was Robin and her ego. Moneywise Stern would probably only have to offer a bare minimum to a grateful JACKEY, who I am sure would jump at the chance to be part of the show again. Stern was at least funny with the jokeman writing for him, and enough time has past that some kind of overture by either party may not be dismissed so quickly. Stern has gotta know the show is the only thing he has left to try and salvage his career , especially after the AGT fiasco

You're right about Howard but Jackie could have handled the negotiations better. At least have a bona fide gig in the wings so 112 Productions understood he meant business.

Howard don't pay anyone. Sirius does. Why would Howard use his own money?
When Artie's contract was not renewed by Sirius. I wonder if Sirius would have payed for another talent to the show. The official Howard line was that he enjoyed one less person in the studio and could not be bothered to find a replacement since his contract soon was up.
But after the lawsuit: Sirius wont spend a dime more on Howard.
Howard's only option is to fill the "Artie" chair with someone already in the show budget. Sal/Shuli.
(Artie/Fred/Gary/Robin and Benjy have talent contract directly with SiriusXM. Well payed. Tons of vacation. The HowardTV staff is payed by Indemand. Good pay and ok vacation. The rest of the staff is payed by a show budget provided by Sirius. No extra vacation and "shit" pay. JD talked about his 70K/year salary)
