...ill let you know soon cause it looks like its breezing thru here this year. last i looked it was 63% in favor of. heres the bad thing, if you smoke decent herb theres no way in hell youre not going to be intoxicated according to the dept of transportation guidelines, theyre not even close to reality. its going to take someone to fight it in court to prove 100 nano grams in your system does not make you impared because thc clings to fat cells and take anywhere from a week to a month to leave your body. so in some respects it will still be in the dark ages.

Driving and pot is a great paradox. Occasional smokers should never drive after getting high, where daily smokers have no more impairment than a person blowing a .079 has. It's not a practice make perfect argument, it's your body get's used to being under the influence so you know how to to handle yourself behind the wheel.

A weed high and a booze high are two completely different critters.

...nobody should drive when their high is just as bad as driving drunk imo. still tho the thc clings to fat cells so the way the law is set up now youll wake up impaired by their standards. i can see this being challenged in court by the first lawyer whos an advocate or the first defendant thats got the money to fight it.

CNBC did a special on legal weed.
the ever growing hoops to grow and buy legal weed is amazing...tax-tax-tax!
think about it......something else for state/feds/county to TAX the fuck out of!
When it is legal they will spend even more money hunting down the illegal growers and buyers.....

...not sure how that will pan out. several years ago we voted that cops dont answer complaints like 'the peopoe next door are smoking weed'. but yeah some tax department will send nelson van atter over to get you in the system and get your money anyway. this old fasioned way has been working for many decades and change is hard....what to do what to do?

    Alcohol is a drug

Did prohibition stop people from using the drug, or make a bunch of gangsters rich?
