I need to get in a program. I've been fucking up since summer. I ate lasagna 2 or 3 times a day for a few weeks straight.
way better than when I started. the puffiness in my face went down alot and my love handles went in a little bit. Not like I have some magical six pack or anything. I Will be posting before and afters but its not going to be like on THe TV informercials Like WHOAH

I have a pair of pants dubbed The Pants...a pair of tight black pants that I bought when I was 19. If i feel like I've been gaining, I try on The Pants. If they are tight on me, its time to start disciplining myself more. Currently The Pants fit me, but they are a bit on the loose side.
I would try the Insanity workout but I'm pretty sure it would kill me.
