    My friend got about $100,000 worth of schooling from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and he currently sets up computers for people at his job. I don't understand why he didn't go through with finding a cooking job. The food pictures he posts on Facebook are amazing.

    One of my friend went to school in Georgia, racked up tons of debt, was a phenomenal student, spent a lot of her study time overseas, barely drinks, never really did drugs....she preps salads at a dine-in restaurant chain.

    I think the main thing my friend doesn't want to do is sacrifice the artistry of plate preparation for the speed that a restaurant needs.
