Fred Armisen needs to go.. he's been on SNL for 10 years. They rely on him too much now. Jay Pharoah and the young broad who licked Louis are good. Build around the young talent.

There are way too many current staff members who've been around for a decade.

I thought the show was so-so. I liked Lincoln a lot. I despise that girl who did the update "girl at a party" talking nonsense. NOT FUNNY! And that musical act is terrible. Their music sounds like East Coast Canada kitchen party music. YUCK
