i don't understand how that would negate the human impact. you have 500 people pissing in a pool and someone dumps a 50 gallon barrel of piss in the pool so the conclusion is that the 500 people pissing doesn't do anything?

The biosphere is far more complex than a swimming pool.

Climate change can be attributed to cycles and past events. The climate change we are experiencing now is due to the carbon based fuel we are burning at an accelerated rate.

Most scientists agree that there is no other explanation for our rapid warming.

Personally, i am glad i have a super fuel efficient car because i'll be damned if i have to wait on a gas line.

In the 1970's many scientists claim that man's activities were causing an ice age and even had some scientists clamoring to melt the Arctic Ice Cap by covering it in black soot.

    http://www.denisdutton.com/cooling_world.htm

In 1979, temperatures began rising and again some scientists again blamed man's activities for the rise in temperature, knowing that most will forget that many scientists were saying just the opposite in prior years. The current warming trend according to many, ended in 1997-98.

We bicker and predict what the climate will do and what causes it and it does what it damn well pleases oblivious to our unceasing debate...
