How do we solve a problem like Gunnar (and his mults)?

We had a nice little Nick & Artie board here until Gunnar (aka Tim) & all of his mults started trolling.
Any suggestions on how we can handle??

Here are the mults we know of - Canard, PigMan, Smartpants. Did I miss any others?

I know Dawg has been asked about Mults before & he claims that there are no mults here, but there has to be a way around it - different IPs, etc.
Right now, I have them all on ignore, so we can freely discuss this in this thread without them trolling it. However, that can't stop him from creating more personalities.
