[QUOTE=JumboWop;2703465][QUOTE=newcastlefan;2703332]the trade-off is that the iphone works every time you turn it on. if you ever used a windows mobile phone in the past you know how unique that is. on my droids at least once a week i have to pull the battery out to reset it. on the windows mobile 7 phones i had to reset them every time i wanted to make a call. with an unjailbroken iphone i have never had to reset it or had it fail to work when i wanted to use it. there is something to be said for enforced stability.i gave up after Windows 7.0 i had Windows Mobile when it was called Pocket PCs (first one was a Casiopea) and each one was nothing but problems. Even my Newtons were more stable than the Windows PDAs. If MS finally decided to fix the damn OS that's great, but since it took Google and Apple putting them out of business to get them to admit there was something wrong, i don't trust them to keep improving the OS. Apple and Google have demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvements. MS has demonstrated that after 10 years of failing they admit that they might have a substandard product that needs work?
Windows Phone 7.5 is an excellent OS. I've got one of everything phone-wise and my HTC windows phone has been my fav for a while now. Zero stability issues.
