You see Howard doing things like this and ask yourself "why bother with relatively chump change?"

I read somewhere a long time ago that really rich men don't keep working because they love money. They work even when they don't have to because money becomes their way of "keeping score". They want to "win the game" and most of all, beat someone else. I would bet there is someone out there Howard desperately wants to out-earn and show up somehow. Right now it might be Mel Karmazan or someone he's angry with.

Payola has to do with broadcast stations. Satellite doesn't fall within the FCC's purview.
