Well, your rant didn't include that many date rapes involve the guy drugging the girl, and then raping her, so not too much of struggle will ensue.

Is there a gray area of date rape, arguably yes. Is there someone in prison for rape that isn't really a rapist, maybe. But most guys who rape a woman on a date get away with no consequences because women don't want to go through the humiliation and scrutiny from guys with your opinion.

Simple rules to follow on a date. If a girl wants to have sex with you it will happen. If she pushes you away or says no regardless of what previously occurred between the two of you--go home and jerk off. Women can cock tease a man, its happened for millennia--that doesn't entitle the man to sex with her. Why you would pose this question on this board is beyond me.
