    Nice!

We miss seeing you around the running thread but I'm glad to hear training's going well.

I followed the recipe here but my first attempt the crust was still very soggy. I found a trick in another recipe online where you squeeze out the excess water of the cauliflower rice after you microwave it with a dish towel (there was a lot) and it turned out perfect....

Thank you!!!!!!!! I have another head of cauliflower in the fridge just waiting to be squeezed! Reps given.

Btw, it seems that people who are eating low carb use this cauliflower "rice" in lots of recipes. I just hand grated mine on a cheese grater. In the medium size holes.

Ok made some fried rice with the cauliflower this morning and that shit was fucking unbelievable. I seriously could not tell the difference between it and regular stir fried rice.

*edit* Im using the shredder blade in my food processor and it comes out in perfect rice size, the most time consuming part is just cutting down the heads to remove the stems. Im going to buy a bag of frozen cauliflower and defrost it over night to see if it might be easier to just use that.

How many sausages constitute a side?

Was this the thread with the recipe for shredded cauliflower as a substitute for fried rice? I want to thank the person who wrote that.

My chicken pizza crust, unfortunately, didn't work out quite so well.

Power Bars have 30 grams of carbs each. I could have half a Power Bar on days that I run and that and another 1/2 cup of veggies or cottage cheese could be my carbs for the day.

    Hold up

For the two weeks of induction, stick to the foods that are allowed.

Also, 30 carbs in a power bar sounds awfully low. Does it say 30 carbs or 30 net carbs?
