Glad I stumbled into this thread, I made the cauliflower pizza crust tonight and it turned out pretty damn good (on second attempt). I followed the recipe here but my first attempt the crust was still very soggy. I found a trick in another recipe online where you squeeze out the excess water of the cauliflower rice after you microwave it with a dish towel (there was a lot) and it turned out perfect....

Ok made some fried rice with the cauliflower this morning and that shit was fucking unbelievable. I seriously could not tell the difference between it and regular stir fried rice.
*edit* Im using the shredder blade in my food processor and it comes out in perfect rice size, the most time consuming part is just cutting down the heads to remove the stems. Im going to buy a bag of frozen cauliflower and defrost it over night to see if it might be easier to just use that.
