Crunches or Situps?
I'm not buying crunches are great. I feel an actual burn from situps. They just hurt the hell out of your back.
I wish I knew ... when I drop these last 3 pounds I gained in France, I'm turning my full attention to my abs (or lack thereof).
but I have NEVER had a flat stomach. always had a pot-belly. source of unending misery ....
I get a flat stomach, just never a six-pack. I might be overtraining.
crunches . full sit ups are bad for your neck and back. they will fuck you up for life.
