I'm surprised to see HBO freaking out over this. I might feel bad for them but season 2 really sucked. I hope the entire thing implodes before they can finish season 3.

...im a supporter of obama because at the end of the day in this election the worst he is, is the lesser of 2 evils. but this is disrespectful to the office of the prez even if it is gwb, a guy who obama gave a pass on any investigation into wrong doing during his administration. president obama cited the best interest of the country in not pursuing any wrong doing of the above.

that being said, this president has been blatantly disrespected by the speaker of the house for politely refusing an invitation by the president to the white house. thats just not done out of respect for the office of president, yet house leader bhoner did just that. one doesnt have any farther to go in memory to recall the last disrespectful gesture toward this president and his administration than the rose garden announcement regarding immigration as he was interrupted by a reporter even after the president stopped his announcement to tell the guy "now is not the time for questions while im speaking" this is just a reflection of this impression we the people have a right to any better than that kind of treatment toward the white house and the president. its shameful and un american to refuse to pass a bill that would immediately put a million people to work not even counting the jobs created by the ripple effect that would create. its a bipartisan bill. so wealthy successful pay a little more, its been done before with healthy results for all rich and non rich alike.

this is much a do about nothing other than some ignorant fellow american didnt draw the line at such a vile depiction of gwb. although i can disagree with the entire gwb legacy starting from the election debacle in 2000, someone owes the former prez and the people an apology. its not dignified all the way around. but the shock value is there its a dooty joke a watch game of thrones to see what we'll do next mentality. its no reflection on dems or repblicans or obama

Nah I don't think this will take the show down. I have been reading a lot about the rising costs of the show and how they don't know if they can finish it. Piracy is also hurting it. The final 2 books may take another 10 years just to write. There are a lot of factors that indicate this thing may not survive til the end.
