I have a Mac. Would like to learn to photoshop. Any suggestions for someone doesn't want to put in a lot of time to learn it?
I am only looking to cut and paste a few of those Beth O faces....

Paintbrush (Mac Paint replacement) at http://paintbrush.sourceforge.net/
or Picasa at http://picasa.com
or the GIMP at http://gimp.org (if you want to go full bore photo editing)
Don't waste cash on (or needlessly copyright infringe) Photoshop.

Gimp is essentially a free Photoshop. And there are plenty of forums, youtube channels and even podcasts that'll explain every step of the way. Once you learn the basics it becomes pretty natural.
