ITT I Clear Things Up (Srs) - Its My Food & Music Thread

Hello everyone!

Francisco The Man is a character from a book from Gabriel Garcia Marquez that to this date has sold over 20 million copies worldwide and is consider to be one of the best fictional novels of the 20th century. Its a minor character in the book, but I love it. I'm a 31 year-old woman who's been married to a man for almost 13 years. I'm not a fatso, I think I look alright. I hated the rules regarding the special treatment of women over at SFN, so I never specified my gender. People assumed I was male because of my screen name, I never talked about myself in a gender-specific way(hence referring my man as "Sweetie") nor have I ever lied when describing myself, my tastes, or my life. People started as asking me a few weeks back what I was and I told them all the truth, so this is kind of old news. Its been posted all over the board and in my nightly thread for a few weeks. If you have anymore questions about me, feel free to ask.

Now here's what you are really looking for as far as this thread goes...

On Tonight's Menu:

Pulled Pork Quesadilla - Crock Pot Pork in Homemade BBQ Sauce, Sharp Cheddar, Scallions, Jalapeno Peppers, in a Flour Tortilla with Lettuce, Scallions, and Sour Cream on the side...

...and a track by a band that I've seen several times live. They put on a good show and they're one of those bands you go out with a bunch of friends, have fun, get drunk, and watch. The band is Southern Culture on the Skids and the first song I ever heard of theirs, "Camel Walk":
