Why was my entire thread deleted in the Stern section?

the link posted wasn't even open let alone containing any file sharing of any kind or any material period let alone copywrited material and therefore my post does not seem to have violated any of them. So i may follow the rules properly why was it deleted?

My entire point of coming here is because i believe i did follow the rules pinhead. When a phantom website that claims to be a new uncensored Howard Stern discussion site appears, how is that possibly considered spam and not another legitimate chapter in the drama we have all been a part of and otherwise discussed honestly and thoroughly ? And how are we not allowed to talk about that? I don't have a thing to do with that website, I'm not promoting it i don't have a clue who owns it or anything, but i can't see how its not a legitimate topic of conversation.

Or you can not act like your threatened by competition (if its even that i don't even know what it is) and remain a forum where your open and honest communication is your strength and draw, and not selective censorship. Do you honestly think you can keep a new website a secret from these maniacs? So why not be open about it, and people will discuss it and it will go away like everything does. It will make the site stronger not weaker. Making threads disappear cause you don't like competition is weak and Muttlike. Don't preach censorship free unless your willing to live it, its not always easy but its always the best way.

Try this as an example to help illustrate my view, you can't use an image like the McDonalds arches because they are copywrited and the owners want to protect their image. If say there is a shooting at McDonalds, the news is allowed to post those arches on the news despite the fact that McDonalds doesn't want their image harmed or want their business to be harmed because you don't want the image to be associated with the shooting. However McDonalds can't control that image because its is of pertinent concern to the public. In other words its news. My posting was more in the nature of its news value and how it would affect the forum wars and no effort whatsoever to spam or promote a website any more then its the news goal to promote Mcdonalds. If you think these two issues are even close to the same thing you are reallllllly reaching.

Now let Burger King(the spam site) set up a stand inside a Mcdonalds(Dawgs) and see if it works out. Why would McDawgs want to even risk losing 1 customer(member)?

BTW we are at war with no one so I dont see why that is brought up but we do want to retain members.
