Pick either Sirius or Xm and make it radio. Take the other one and make it video. It's a waste of bandwidth to have the two putting out almost identical programming. They could have 20 or more channels of in motion TV. Maybe take the most watched channels of Direct TV and sell subscriptions of video service. The new digital TV no longer works in motion. It sucks for people with RVs, or in limos, ect.
Then on the radio side, get rid of some of the channels, and increase the sound quality of the music. The music channels are worse than FM, and the talk stations sound awful.
And if Howie doesn't return, have a lineup of talent all day. Just some examples: Maybe Adam Corolla for a couple hours, then Steve Dahl, or whoever.
But they won't so don't buy any stock.
