i'm about ready to move over to XM. might not have a choice since no new hardware is being manufactured under the SIRIUS brand. now its at the point where i lose a signal everytime i step on the gas, and i gotta smack the radio around like a bitch to get a signal again. i guess its been a good run; in almost 5 years i've replaced the power cord and base only once, and the attenna 3 times.

fuck Sirius.

Whoa. REALLY? Shit, I've got no problems there. Sirius signal is strong at home, work and in car. Is this a Canader thing?

i think the only problem is with hardware. i transfer the radio to different vehicles hundreds of times a year. also have had it outside at several cottages, left it out in the rain a couple of times, etc...

but it could also be a Canader thing, based on the satellite's orbit. its tough to catch a signal in many parts of far north Ontario.
