yes, eating healthy is expensive....I would hate to see how much I have spent on supps and shit in the last year...I do know it's a lot

I do eat lots of red meat but I also eat approx every 3 hours and most of the time I don't have a kitchen around so I have to improvise....it is very hard for me to gain weight (not complaining) so I have to eat a shit load to keep the muscle I have gained and if I don't I end up working out for nothing....during the summer I relaxed my appetite a bit and ended up losing about 20lbs and a bit of size which is not good

they just started to sell Jack3d here and it's 50 bucks compared to 23.99 in the US and with the dollar being at par it's so worth the trip
