sounds like your wireless router may need to be restarted.. try that first
then try restarting your ipad hold down button until the power off slide indicator shows

I don't know about the ipad, but the android version of the app has a glitch that you can get sirius free, I haven't done the free weekly thing for 3 weeks yet it just keeps working LOL, back to the ipad, you probably just need to reboot, I have to do that sometimes with other errors, apple stuff isn't perfect (although they want you to believe it).....never tried the sirius app for ipad I may have to get it.....

Also make sure you have the most up to date IOS for your iPad. I've had issues with the app when the iPad software isn't up to date.

If you like music, and thats the reason for a sirius subscription: Use Spotify and DL all the songs you like for free to you device.
